ResellMyStuff Terms of Service

1) Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 18 to sell items; if you are 13–17, use the service only with a parent/guardian’s consent.

2) Listings and content

• You own your content; you grant ResellMyStuff a license to host, display, and process it to operate the service.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
• Public listings are viewable by anyone; drafts remain private unless you publish them.

3) Transactions

• Payments are processed by Stripe; you must comply with Stripe’s terms and applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of pricing, product descriptions, and fulfillment of your sales.
• ResellMyStuff is a platform; we are not a party to buyer-seller contracts between users.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service (e.g., fraud, scraping, interfering with security, or overloading the platform).
• Respect others’ intellectual property and privacy rights.

5) Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may change these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

6) Disclaimers & liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for lost profits, revenues, data, or indirect/special damages to the extent permitted by law.
• Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to ResellMyStuff for the service in the past 12 months.

7) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.

8) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where ResellMyStuff is organized, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
